I wish I could give a 0, but it won't let me. They let our renter into the house BEFORE our leasing started and she left belonging in there (should have been charged rent, but they made excuses). They didn't do any walk-throughs with us as the owners so everything was at the word of the renter (which was generally dishonest). They never held the renter accountable for her faults (until move-out and I'll get to that). She clogged our drain in the kitchen so bad that it backed up to the WASHING MACHINE. When we arranged for a plumber, they "couldn't say for sure she caused it or what it was" so we were stuck with that bill. At move-out, we came to agreement on damages and I sent receipts for what we paid out of pocket and labor (where applicable). I itemized EVERY receipt to what should be charged to the renter (she damaged most of the blinds but we replaced all to match so I only charged her for what she damaged). All they had to do was plug in the numbers. When they sent renter her move out statement, they rounded up and down on the receipts so her final balance was not accurate, but they reported it to her credit anyway (against the law, even if off by a few cents). I have reached out to them about it and gotten no response. They also don't utilize a collections company but only send balance to credit, which is basically useless. They collect 10% management fee every month but the only managing they do is forward emails. Their customer service skills are horrible. The GM Amber is defensive, rude, and unprofessional when questioned. I received different answers from different employees; no one was on the same page except for providing poor service.
