Review: Mr Gallagher cleaned our gutters in July 2013 and installed gutter guards in Nov. 2013. They seemed to be fine until about 3 months ago when I noticed that water was flowing OVER our gutters onto our front steps. I also noticed this happening on the side of the house, water flowing over the gutters onto the ground, not through the drains, which had previously worked perfectly. I also noticed that there was debris that had accumulated on a gutter guard. When questioned about this before installation, Mr. Gallagher had said the debris would not clog the gutter guards, that is would either decompose or fly off. Obviously that has not happened in our case.I have called Mr. Gallagher about this matter to ask him to come see what was going on with the gutter guards and if they need to be cleaned or fixed or what. I reached him once. He claimed he was at a conference out-of-town and made an appointment to come the following Monday (June 23). He did not come. Since then I have repeatedly called the office and cell numbers I have for him. I have left numerous messages. He has never responded. I have never spoken with him again and it has been almost a month.Desired Settlement: I would like him to come fix, clean or remove the gutter guards, or pay us to have someone else do it.
