Seagate was able to get my inspection scheduled quicklyOnce we were at the property, they took the time to go over every detail to make sure that I was able to make an informed decision about the home I was interested in purchasing
I was pleased beyond expectations [redacted] from Seagate was so thorough, he caught a plumbing issue that was due to a product that met code at the time the villa was built but has since been found to be subject to dezinciification Due to this find, all of the plumbing fittings needed to be replaced to avoid rupture Other inspectors did not find this problem when it existed in other villas in this development [redacted] was extremely knowledgable and even advised me of minor issues such as soil erosion around one side of the foundation and a line that needed to be raised higher than the garbage disposal I trust and highly recommend Seagate Inspections
Seagate was recommended by our real estate agent and my brotherThey were a little more expensive than other places, but well worth every single penny!!! Very thorough and helpfulAfter using them once, I will never use another company!
Seagate Inspection did an inspection prior to our 1yr warranty on new construction [redacted] and [redacted] were very professional Advised us on maintenance items to monitor looking forward Gave us peace of mind Appreciated their thoroughness

Seagate did an outstanding job walking through the inspection and explaining it to me We had a inspection and an IR scan for water issues, both inspectors were great and very accommodating of our millions of questions The main inspector reviewed the report with us before leaving, and we received a copy of the report via email same day It was written in plain English and very easy to follow I highly recommend Seagate for home insurrections and would absolutely use them again
