and businesses. Our work in the architecture business involves complex written agreements, typically between two business entities and includes protections for resolving disputes in all matters for all parties involved. Per your documentation that we reviewed, it appears that you do not handle the following matters: Employee/employer disputes; Discrimination claims; Matters that are/have been litigated/arbitrated; Complaints against individuals not engaged in business; Issues challenging the validity of local, state, or federal law; Complaints against government agencies, including the postal service; Matters not related to marketplace issues. This matter is pending mediation/arbitration (#3 above) pursuant to our written agreement for hourly design work as Mr. [redacted] has refused to pay his most recent bills despite our service being rendered in accordance with our agreement, therefore it doesn't appear that the Revdex.com is an appropriate venue for resolving this matter. Additionally, it our understanding that the Revdex.com is a venue for consumer complaints only. Although Mr. [redacted] is contracted with our business for the hourly design work for his personal residence Whistler, BC he has paid us thus far only through a foreign business operating by the name of [redacted]
