I was in contact via telephone with a Mr [redacted] with Bert Ogden Chrysler jeep dodge in Harlingen Texas on 9/30/ I told him how much I could pay for a certain vehicle he assured me that he could get me the payment After being in their store for a couple of hours on 10/01/he came back to me with a payment dollars over what we had discussed He said he could do nothing about it He also stated that they had not run a credit report on me That also turned out to be a lie They ran a hard inquiry of my credit and now my score has been lowered I don't mind Bert Ogden lying about the car payment price I care about them running a credit report without my consent

Customer *** ** *** Purchased a vehicle at Bert Ogden ToyotaThe vehicle he purchased was a trade from a previous customerOn March 7, a payoff was sent to *** *** *** in order to obtain the title of the vehicle that Mr*** had purchasedSince title hadn’t been sent, Sandra our title clerk called *** on April 21st and spoke to *** the bank teller who made aware that a check that the previous owner of Mr*** vehicle had created a stop payment to their last payment after they traded in their vehicleThe difference in the payoff was made after we found out what had happen Mr*** came in a few days later and was made aware by Laura, one of the title clerks the reason for the title being delayed which was also delaying his registrationHe was also told that as soon as the title was received and signed by Mr*** we would start the process of his registration On the 29th of April the account was closed and tile was being released within to business daysOn May 26th title was received and signed by Mr*** and paperwork was sent to the DMW to get registeredHis Vehicle was transferred that same day and as soon as we received his plates he was made aware that they were at our dealership ready for pickup. I told him how much I could pay for a certain vehicle. he assured me that he could get me the payment. After being in their store for a couple of hours on 10/01/16 he came back to me with a payment 100 dollars over what we had discussed. He said he could do nothing about it. He also stated that they had not run a credit report on me. That also turned out to be a lie. They ran a hard inquiry of my credit and now my score has been lowered. I don't mind Bert Ogden lying about the car payment price. I care about them running a credit report without my consent.
