You file a complaint with the insurance commissioner and file a complaint with Revdex.com which should be ashamed of itself by rating this company an A+Because there paid by UAIC they rate them that because they payThis company with all of the [redacted] adjusters which would be fired at an A rated insurance companyCan get away with hanging up and not returning calls to insurers and people that were rear ended or crashed by there insuredI hope they shut this business down asap for the sake of everybody that's been affected by this piece of [redacted] company

NOR WILL THIS COMPANY HAVE TO PROVIDE THE RECORDED MESSAGES PROVING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF AND THAT IS HOW THEY WILL GET AWAY WITH; CHARGING FEES FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB, IGNORING YOUR CLAIMS, AND LYING TO YOU! THE BBB IS COMPLETE [redacted] AND DOESN'T STAND UP FOR CONSUMERS ANYMORE! UAIC & BBB'S REAL RATING ARE F'S!!!

I work with an attorney firm and make calls to ALL insurance companies to speak with adjusters about out clients accidents When I cannot reach an adjuster, I leave a message to call me back I typically receive a call from all the insurance companies except UAIC They will send a letter acknowledging they are handling the loss, I will call to times requesting desire to speak to the adjuster and even go a step further and leave a message on the manager's phone and still do not receive a call back The attorney I work for will send in a demand after our client has treated and the adjuster will still not call but sends us a letter advising of their offer I have had to call their corporate office to get someone to call me and to be truthful, I know people who have UAIC and they are insureds, who say they can't even get a call back In my experience with insurance companies and I have plenty, .UAIC is the WORST ever!!! I don't want a call from their compliance supervisor when I cannot even get a call back from an adjuster

Simply stated this company does not return phone calls or communicate in anyway with anyone involved in accidents with their insuredIt has been over two weeks of me leaving messages for *** *** ( adjuster) & *** *** (adjuster) only to never hear from themMy car is yet to be repaired & I have faxed all paperwork related to the accident to the companyThis company has awful customer service

They are by far the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! Your only chance of getting a call back or any kind of settlement offer is to document all calls and interactions with them and the outcome of every conversation and then file a complaint with any and all possible agenciesThe best is the Department of insurance
After dealing with them for the last months I will be starting a petition to have their authority to conduct business in the state of Arizona revoked
FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR STATES DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE!!!!!!! Only way to get a returned call

I question how it is possible that this company can have an A+ Revdex.com rating On 10-4-my automobile was totaled due to someone insured with UAIC running into it The insured party did not file a claim with their insurance so on 10-6-I filed the claim with UAIC myself What a HUGE mistake Since the onset, they have lied, failed to answer calls, return calls, or settle this in a timely manner Every now and then I would get lucky and the person who is supposed to be handling my case would answer her phoneOn 10-28-I finally received, via fax because they refuse to give out an email address, the Power of Attorney form to sign so they could release the payment to my finance companyI signed it, faxed it back and was was told the check would go out the next day Also, they would only pay for a rental car up until they sent the offer on my carToday is 11-7-2014, one month and one day since I filed the initial claim with this crackpot insurance company I have been more than patient, fair and kind about this entire matter until yesterday when I found out the payment still has not been sent to my finance company and the reiumbursement for rental car fees has not been mailed to meI had to literally yell to get someone to talk to me to find that out because now when I call my contact her voicemail is full as is her manager'sHad I known it would be this much trouble, I would have filed with my insurance, State Farm (a real insurance company), and let them fight it out with UAIC Perhaps Revdex.com needs to look into this company a little harder and rethink the rating Looking at some other reviews, UAIC is far from A+ material

Unfortunately, I am not able to respond to the response from UAIC's Compliance Supervisor, so I will leave another negative review on UAIC I mailed the original, signed Power of Attorney letter back to Florida I paid to send it certified in order to have tracking and know when it was delivered It was received by UAIC on Monday, 11/ When I contacted their office today I was told that whomever notes the receipt in the system noted it TODAY, 11/and the check will go out today I have been told this lie before so I will wait and see if I actually receive it I also found out that I am being short paid $on my rental car reimbursement because UAIC only pays $per day for rental carsI rented cars that were as inexpensive as possible and certainly not comparable to what I was driving before their insured hit my carThis, as I explained to my contact, was not explained to me when I filed the claim NOTHING was explained to me when I first started dealing with this company Their lack of communication and business practice are reprehensible to say the least It has been days since I filed the claim with UAIC and I am still without transportation Regardless of whether they are within SC guidelines, there is really no sense in things taking as long as they have, total lack in communication and being shorted $on rental car fees I am being punished and I wasn't the driver at fault

My car was totalled due to a UAIC driver running into it on January 13th, It is now MARCH 6th and we still have not resolved our claimWe don't get calls returnedWe received our total loss paperwork a few days ago; however all the dollar amounts were incorrectOur adjuster has yet to fix those dollar amount and get the paperwork back to meI am beyond frustrated with this companyIt has been almost months since our accidentThey have taken our totaled vehicle and have not paid us for itI hope to never do business with them again

Not sure exactly sure how this company is rated an A+ because it is anything but an A+ companyThe rating must be based on whether they answer their complaints or not, not really on how the company's work ethics is
I submitted a claim on 9/4/to UIAC, the claim was not paid until today 11/3/2016, after two months of stress and avoidance from the companyThe following things are wrong with this company and they should really be audited by the Commissions of Insurance of FloridaI, myself, work in the insurance field and in the customer service area so from my knowledge this is why you- as someone who needs car insurance, should NOT get UIAC and pay the extra amount for any other car insurance that may be better in south florida
Their hold time is outrageous, I ended up using all my minutes for the month of september before my bill cycle ended because of their hold time and I have minutes for the month which ive never met in the years i've had my phone contract
There is customer service, they are very vaigue with any response to questions regarding your claim process or status
You will never speak with the person working on your claim- AdjustersDont try calling them directly and make sure you tell the person you speak with in the claims department not to transfer you because you will then have to call back and hold another 20/to hope to speak with someoneThey dont even have the decency to provide you with an email to follow up that way instead of calling them, it would help their hold time and customer satisfaction, but again, they dont seem to care
Representatives are rude and dont care for you as a customer, they sound like slaves and like they hate their job
Claims take months? Had I not been calling weekly to follow up and feed them the information needed I would have still been waitingLike I said customer service, no one follows up or helps you complete your claimI had to push and push and at a point get loud because they really test your patience

Please avoid this insurance! For your own piece of mind and most importantly your own pocket, im paying cars right now because of UIAC's horrible way of running their business

Wow, the worst experience ever! Their is ZERO customer service and NO communication from the adjusters. After our car is fixed and ready to be picked up, they decide to deny coverage. Still today, haven't received a denial letter even though they said they mailed and faxed it.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, they are rude, they are dismissive, and they are a rip off. They cancelled my policy, after 2 months of taking my payments, without telling me because I have a convertible which that information is given up front; AND THEY TAKE PICTURES!!!!! I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and got transferred 4 times then got hung up by a person who wouldn't even give me there name. When I did call back and finally did get a supervisor [redacted], was very rude and unprofessional. I have also gone to the Revdex.com about this company and I will not stop until I know that action is being taken.

This company's call center is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. The wait time is ridiculous to start with and when you finally reach someone they are very rude and disrespectful. When filing a claim they all seem to have an "I don't care" attitude. Most of them are not even knowledgeable of the services that they provide. My experience has been terrible from the rude operator that I spoke with on the morning of 3/2/15, not sure of his name, to [redacted] the representative that I spoke with on 3/3/15 afternoon. I was constantly interupted and talked over rudely when speaking with the both of them. I would not recommend anyone to give them any business. It is hard to believe that this establishment is ran by the most unprofessional people. I cannot wait until this claim is settled and I hope it's is settled correctly or I will for sure be writing a complaint instead.

On 11/17/2016 I contacted [redacted] to cancel policy [redacted] agent said insurance was cancelled with with united for non payment. That I would not be charged. Sure enough on the 11/19/2016 I was charged $290.24. I called and asked why, they said that I had to say to cancel my automatic bill pay as if cancelling an acct is not enough for them to keep charging you. Long story short after back and forth fighting for a month agreed to send my money. today 12/9/16 I received a check in the mail for 12.0$. I called and spoke with mayleen or something leen typical Cuban name. I asked why they sent me a check for 12$ she said for non payment cancellation on the 17th. I said ok so then why did you charge me 290 on the 19th. She proceeded to say that another cancellation was done on the 23rd and I would get my money back next week. I said whatttt?????@#$!@$ You are telling me my acct was canceled reopened charged and cancelled again all in one month without my consent. She said please hold let me speak with finance then hung up the phone on me. My experience with these people have been Horrible it's been a month and still have not received my money. These people won't let you cancel without making you go through this hassle. They target Spanish minorities in the Miami area those of whom may not be able to dispute due to lack of knowledge. Their customer service is among the worst I've ever received. Just imagine if this was a claim. I have all transactions vm call logs and emails on record. At least after some fighting [redacted] returned my Overdraft fees. These people I cannot say the same no dignity not even a sorry nothing. Revdex.com should be re examine these practices it looks like they are scamming people who cancel their policy.
