We had entered a contract with [redacted] in 2002. He produced plans and self-certified DOB approval. This approval has been audited many times, forms completed incorrectly and at the end our job was revoked. [redacted] disappeared on us - took all the money and never completed the job. He stopped returning our calls and ignored us. We are still suffering consequences from his mistakes. Invested all the money into our property which now has violations that cannot be corrected.

[redacted] is a criminal whose license should be revoked for good!!
