On March 17, I was involved in a very bad accident in which totaled my carI contacted Mr [redacted] , on March 22nd to informed him that my car was totaled and I needed to cancel my warranty on myMr [redacted] , informed me that I needed to send him something in writing that I wanted to cancel my warranty and my Insurance company also need to send me a letter stating the car was total and the mileage on the carI typed up a letter informing him that I was involved in a car accident and the the date the accident happen and stating I wanted to cancel my warrantyI contacted my Insurance company and explained to them that the dealership was requesting something in writing from them with this information, my insurance co mailed me a letter within three days with the information that Mr [redacted] requestedI faxed the information over to the dealership and was informed by them that they had received itI have called several times and left numerous of voice mails and I have not

I was looking to purchase a Dodge Charger from Uptown Chrysler in Slinger, WI They located the vehicle at another dealership and requested I place a $deposit to bring it to their location (which included pressing emails that I should do this quick as the vehicle may not be available) I provided them with this deposit without signing ANY paperwork During this time I wanted to look at my options of leasing versus purchasing outright The New Car Manager ( [redacted] ) refused to run any numbers with regards to leasing it and suggested I purchase it instead While going back and forth through many channels of individuals I was unable to obtain any lease information I immediately located another vehicle and ended up going through them for my new vehicle purchase This dealership has been a pleasure to deal with in the past and I am completely satisfied with the service levels I have received up until this date

I took my Ford Fusion to Uptown on 02/04/for a door latch recall
Upon receipt of my vehicle, a portion of the driver side exterior door key cover fell offWhen I called Uptown to notify them of this I was told that a replacement part would be ordered, painted, and available for pick up the same dayBefore going in to pick up the part I called to make sure it was readyI spoke to a service adviser who notified me that the part was not availableHe advised that I would be receiving a call when the part was readyWhen I called on Saturday, after not receiving word from anyone at the dealership, I was told that the part still was not ready The following Tuesday I called and spoke to another service writer who had no idea what I was talking about The next day, Wednesday 02/10/2016, I called the parts department only to find out that the part was never ordered
I come to Uptown for all of my maintenanceAs a mechanic, I think it is extremely unprofessional to cause

On Saturday, January 28th, I contacted the internet sales team manager, Ruth W*** at Uptown Motors, to test drive a Lincoln MKT that was advertised onlineI was accompanied by my stepfather, Brad B***
We test drove the vehicle, and noticed a "Low Tire Pressure" warning message during the test driveWe were assured that this was simply due to the cold weather, and the car sitting for awhile, and that this would be fixed, should I decide to purchase the vehicleWith this assurance, I did decide to purchase the vehicleI arranged pickup of the vehicle for Monday, January 30th, to allow time for detailing, financing, and fixing the tire
I picked up the vehicle on the 30th, drove it home, and parked it in ny secure garage, which is monitored by security cameras

I had a sqeeking noise with my vehicle,Lincoln mark ltI took it to uptown They called and said it was the manifoldIt cost $1400.They installed it and told me to pick it upI did
Truck had no power and was loud I called and they told me to bring it backI didI asked them to drive it, they did The mechanic was very very Rude .He never said a word to me, his actionsOn his return with truck he gave my keys to cashier,still not a word to meI spoke with manager, he also was rude I ask why they didn’t call me to inform me of the other problem, he gave me excuse after excuseI told him he should have call to inform me of problem and let me make a desission to repair or notEvery white person that came in was informed of the problem and given a a choice except me

I purchased wheels from Diamond Wheels in Walled Michigan on April 18th for my Dodge Challenger, and made appointment to Uptown to install my wheels on April 20th Took my car to have the wheels installed and when the technician told me that the install was done they came and got me, when I got by the car, the technician was pulling it ahead and we heard a loud clunk and I notice that the new wheels are hitting my calipers and he got out of the car and he told me they have to back it up again causing further damage to my front calipers When he got out of the car, the manager was standing there also, I then asked what did the technician learned from this?(the technicians are young kids) and he said they should have turned the wheels and checked for clearanceAnd I said Yes that is correctWe later contacted Diamond Wheels and they told me that they are not responsible because they did not do the damageI contacted Dodge and I was told that since it was not OEM Whee
