To Whom it may concern,We have reviewed the complaint filed and our reply is as follows; Our company is a flatbed trucking company.  We do have trucks in that area on a daily basis.  We are not in the rock/gravel hauling business.  The plate number and unit number given does belong to...

us but it is not possible that a rock flew out of our trailer and hit this vehicle.  Our flatbeds are cleaned every time they are unloaded and loaded because the materials we haul cannot be damaged by flying debris.  We take these claims seriously and we do take full responsibility for situations when we are found at fault.  Unfortunately in this case, the drivers story did not match up and our employee was not flagged down to be made aware that damage was caused from our vehicle.  We understand that vehicles can send loose rocks/gravel air born while driving down the road.  We also understand that we, as a company and as individuals, carry comprehensive insurance, in the event that this were to happen.  We apologize that this person has damage to their vehicle and hope that they carry insurance to cover the damage.  We also would like to remind them and anyone else on the road that following too closely is dangerous no matter what vehicle you are in and that large vehicles have more blind spots and it is best to keep your distance at all times.If you have any more questions about this claim, please feel free to contact me.Thank you,[redacted]
