In addition, they refuse to take American Express as a form of payment BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO CHEAP TO PAY THE FEEI can't pay online without a convenience feeYou'd think that getting their payment immediately wouldn't cost ME extra money, but it doesSo, I haven't signed up for auto paymentSo, because THEY REFUSE TO DO THEIR JOBS and send me a paper statement like I've requested since becomming a customer, I've been forced to receive e-statements sent to me in my emailJust recently, these statements ceasedNow I get threats instead
