Review: On November 12, 2015 I left a Skagen watch with the [redacted]) for the replacement of the watch band. I have called several times and visited the store twice to determine the status of the project. Each time I get the answer that they do not know but will find out and call me. They do not. There has been no response to my most recent call of February 26, 2016. Can you help me get the watch back or the residual value of the watch, which was wearable when I left it with them. They have been particularly unhelpful a aggressive. My receipt, #[redacted] states "Jewely repair - Not reponsible for items left over 90 days" and fear that they will say that I left it over 90 days so they have no responsibility to return it, even though they lost it. I paid $100 plus tax for the watch three years ago. It is the brand of watch which is sold in the [redacted] shops.
