OK our response is that we have resolved this issue with our customer.

Review: Three months ago I signed a contract with [redacted] working for the [redacted], Ct office to list my property for sale. The past three months I have lost my trust to the agent and I know that my property was not presented to the fullest to potential buyers. I reviewed our contract and did not realize it was a 6 month commitment with Mr. G[redacted]. I suppose this is partly my fault, but he should have told me my options, which he did not.

For these reasons I contacted him this morning and asked him to cancel our contract. Within an hour he found an interested party to take a look at my house tomorrow.

I repeated my request to cancel our contract which he refused. After our text messages he left a voice mail to me which I returned. We had a heated conversation towards the end and I felt extremely violated by his words.

The last three months my property was shown by different agents. Personally this is what I gained:

1. All lights left on, curtains left open so my house was completely ‘open’ to the public for 2 days while I was on vacation; I was notified by a neighbor.

2. Back screen door lock is broken, the whole lock is separated from the door frame.

3. Fire alarm box cover broke off from ceiling in the dining area.

4. Open house, which Mr. [redacted] did not attend and passed this to another person to handle.

In addition, another condo from my community was listed for sale a month after mine by Mr. [redacted] and the property was immediately listed on more channels than mine.Desired Settlement: Cancel the contract with Mr G[redacted].
