My husband and I used this company to move from Florida to Pennsylvania First they were a week late getting here with our belongingsThey showed up at 11pm at night, got stuck in our yard and tore it all up, didn't offer to fix thatThey had to call a tow truck to get them out Then we had to sign a paper saying we had everything, which we couldn't exactly see all of our stuff since it was so dark and late at night So here it is months later , and I am looking for my Christmas decorations, which had some very special ones, that my children over the last years had hand made meWell, they are not here!!! None of them are here So I called the company to tell them the situationThey first of all do not bother to return a bunch of my callsKeep getting told they will talk to a supervisor but I never hear backSo I called again todayA worker there tells me that since it's been months and I never filed a claim, they can't do anything for meI told them I just now was looking for my decorations, not months ago Then somehow I lost the call, and another person called me back, and he precedes to tell me that it was MY responsibility to make sure I got all my stuff back, and if they ever find my stuff , they will call meI was in tears and so upset when I was explaining how much these items meant to me, and to be told in a very cold voice that it was my fault and they couldn't do anything about this, with no apology whatsoever, it was very upsetting and frustratingSo if anyone is reading this and thinking about using this company, PLEASE reconsider using someone else These people don't care about you or apparently your stuff
Gulf Coast Van Lines was utterly fantasticRight from the time I got
the quote they were super professional and super responsiveThe
moving crew were the best movers I've ever had, they were super
careful and they wrapped everything very wellThey were quick, they
were fast & they took about half the time they estimated so they saved
us a bunch of money vstheir estimateI couldn't be more happy and I
would gladly recommend them again
This was a small move that went smoothly and quickly. Both men were
courteous, helpful, and very co-operative. The lead man was Gustavo,
however, can't remember name of the other.
