[redacted]s is nothing but a liar I never said I couldn't afford to have my car fixed and they did know it was leaking anti freeze because they put something in the part that was leaking to try to stop the leak and I have the piece still sitting in my car as proof .

ln Ms. [redacted]'s statement she says: "I mentioned this of course to them and the service people saw it smoking."  What she actually said was, it was hot and we should let it cool down. She did not ask us  to look at the overheating issue.  "I said if you fix the two sensors will this...

fix the problem of it smoking'? I was told yes."  Again, NOT TRUE.   "l paid my 318 and left and was told my car is all fixed and safe to drive."   She was told that the sensors (diagnosed by [redacted]) had been replaced and the check  engine light was out, but the car was still running hot. She said she couldn't afford  anything else. I have attached a copy of Ms. [redacted] 's repair order/invoice. She never mentioned a leak and we knew nothing of any leak when the car was in our shop having new sensors  installed.  We knew the car was running HOT but Ms. [redacted] would not authorize us to find a reason why.
