William Thompson Electric

This electrician, William (Billie) Thompson, told me that he pulled the required permit and after the work was done he said he had called for a required inspection
I kept waiting for the inspector to call or come and finally, after a week and a half I called the permit office and was informed that he never pulled the permit I currently have a call in to the chief inspector to see what can be done
In addition, this electrician, William Thompson, left one wall switch shorting out I informed him and he said he would come fix it Then he said he sent someone else to fix it Now he won't return my calls
Do not do business with this company!

We had a similar experience with Billie in not showing up or calling. We had given him a few chances because he completed work previously through another contractor we hired. We called him back to do this work and on 3 separate occasions, he failed to show up without contacting us before or afterwards. We sent communication out to him with no reply. Phone calls with no call back. My husband took off hours from work to accommodate him, and also took a risk in placing our house key under our mat to which he never showed up to use. Our contractor delayed his work to accomodate the no-shows. Now we are paying another electrician to finish the work. We are extremely disappointed. We wouldn't recommend him ever as he is completely unreliable.
