Regards, Dear Revdex.com: Mundy Chevrolet Has Not carried out the promise to pay the stated they would. On or about July 16,2016, I contacted the Service Manager Luis Aand informed him that the funds he stated he would return were not obtained. On tis same day, 7-16-he stated that he would look into the reason why it was not sent out and assure it be mailed immediately. As of 7-23-2016, funds are still not obtained. Therefore, closing the case file is Not my intent, due to reasons that Mundy Chevrolet and their Management Staff still portray the negative, untruthful, and uncaring character they had during my several visits to the location to obtain service

Regards, Stephanie was suppose to contact me about getting the armrest fixed with the autobot logo which she never did. I have a concern where a salesperson can tell a consumer anything about a vehicle and the dealership not fix it. It did go throufh service yes but on the front driver caliper a part was missing which was notified multiple times to the salesperson which was finally fixed three months later. Their again involving the Transformer issue my wife and I were told it was the Transformer Edition. This is why I  bought the car which I later found out it was a lie. Stephanie even told my wife and I that they would put the autobot logo on the front panels. This means they would pass them off as the Transformer Edition. It is now Jan 28th 2016 and I am still waiting to hear about my console from Stephanie.

GM went over the customer records per the customers request and also asked for assistance with bill.  Each time the customer came to the dealership informed about corrosion of the battery and battery cables. The first battery was installed at no charge to the customer. GM did not assist...

with bill.  The battery was also outside of the replacement battery warranty. We did offer a discounted prorated amount to the customer.

We have attached a copy of Mr. [redacted]'s paper work.1. (2) signed  Car Fax  Reports. The Car Fax from the first day he looked at it on 08/28/2015 and from the date of purchase on 10/2/2016.Car Fax reports indicate there where no accidents.2. Buyers Guide marked AS IS Sales with a list of major defects that could occur with purchasing a used vehicle.  He signed this document on day of purchase.3. Delivery Receipt / Accessories Due  with nothing else due. He signed this document on day of purchase.4. Internal Repair Oder states nothing else owed or promised. He signed this document on day of purchase.5. A copy of his sales contract. He signed this document on day of purchase. The day Mr. [redacted] and his wife came in he was told he could purchase the items at dealer pricing plus shipping & sales tax.   He told us to give him the center console piece for free and he would call it even.   At that time I pulled the car fax reports and spoke with the General Manager.   We explained that we use Car Fax and we can only go by what it says at that time not on the future reports. I told him that the management was only willing to give him a discount.  He continued to push for items for free.  I informed at that time I would need to ask higher management for approvals on any items that are given away. Management would not agree to any items for free but would allow Mr. [redacted] to purchase accessories at discounted pricing.  He waited approximately a month to purchase the vehicle.  Then  3 months later after the purchase he returns demanding us to give him all the accessories and transform the car for free.Munday Chevrolet is still willing to extend the offer ( dealer pricing plus shipping & sales tax) to Mr. [redacted] until 12/30/2016 with the understanding nothing else is owed or promised.
