We ordered a survey and paid full price, and it should have included topography and also they should have mark where the water and the gas lines are, but they didn'tWhen we asked where is the topography, they said, we didn't mention anything (when in fact, all surveys include topography) and they asked us to pay extra to add topographywhen we asked why there is no water nor gas lines marked, they said because they weren't visible and they couldn't see where the lines arethey said they took pictures of the property so they could show us that all the lines weren't visibleWhen we both look at the pictures they took, there are obvious sticks in the ground where it says -gas, oil, etcVery not professionalDon't recommend
