We have spoke to the customer and have granted a full refund back to them

As customer mentioned, we have already resolved his issue with a full refund minus shippingWe did not include the shipping refund because the correct camo pattern was sent the first timeCustomer then decided they did not like it and wanted to exchange itSince order was shipped correctly and
customer decided to change it, it is up to the customer to cover the shipping charges for the return

Customer has been refunded $for the shipping and handling feesWe have asked the customer to send us a photo of the damaged productOnce we have that, we will send out a replacement order and file a claim with the shipping company

I was not able to get a tracking number from the warehouse for the *** shipment, so I went ahead and shipped the kit to the correct address insteadThe tracking number is Tracking *** It should arrive later this weekI hope that helps

A refund has been set up with [redacted] once the customer returns the items they will automatically be refunded

The correct material was shipped to the customer. We do understand the customer had a hard time installing the vinyl. Many of our customers do it themselves with no issue, but we do have some that have difficulties. For those who have troubles, we do suggest taking it to a vinyl sign shop or...

professional installer. Just like buying building materials to build a home, or parts for a computer, if you do not have the proper skills and knowledge in working with the materials, it can affect the results. The material was manufactured correctly and delivered to the customer as promised. Once the material is used, we are not able to accept it back. We do apologize the customer was not able to get the desired results for their project and we suggest if they have materials left that they contact someone who has experience working with this type of product and is skilled in putting it on.

Customer purchased the materials through PayPal, we have worked with PayPal and have permitted the customer to return the items to us for a full refund. Once the items have been returned, and customer shows that info to PayPal, they will automatically process the refund for him.

We have explained to the customer that we would be happy to issue a refund once all of the materials are returned to us in unused condition. To date, the customer has not returned anything back to us. Once they have returned all Of the materials we will be happy to issue a full refund. If they...

account in 3-5 business days.  It took one day for them to take it out of my account, i'd like it put back in in the same amount of time it was taken out. If I accept their word, I may not ever see my refund as they have lied in the past.

We have refunded the customer for the materials and shipping despite the materials being used and non-returnable. Materials that were sent were proper 3M material. We cannot speak for the third party who installed the materials. All we can do is ensure the materials that were shipped were new and...
