Our Strata hired William to do seven maintenance projects, including sealing a stairway leak, painting and sealing several outdoor areas, repairing some woodwork, repairing a stair railing, and restoring a metal gate that had not been touched in at least 15 years. He finished all the work on time, and the results exceeded our expectations. The Strata Council is very satisfied with all the work that William did. We are very glad to give him our highest recommendation.

William came to the house on Saturday Aug .29,to examine a leaking window.
He explained the problem clearly to us and suggested a new window.In the meantime he went up on the ladder and stopped the leak.
We have to add that William stopped the leak and was kind enough not to charge us !!Chivalry is still alive!!

A date was set.I took the day off work; he texted me saying he wasn't coming.He knew days before but did not let me know.We set a new date and I asked him if he would be able to remove the old tile and retile in the same day.He said yes.So, the night before I rented a tile cutter for $100. Then he explains that he wouldn't be able to retile the same day because there was prep work.I bought drywall and other supplies for the job because he said his van was too messy and he wouldn't be able to fit anything else in.The day of, I waited for him.After 20 minutes I noticed that he texted me earlier to say he was outside and that he buzzed me.The buzzer did not ring at all.I ran down to let him in and watched him drive away.I called him multiple times and texted him asking if he was coming back. Finally he called saying that he was waiting1/2 hour so he took another job. You'd think one would try calling on the phone, I'm not 15 waiting for the next text.
