I bought a car from HPE Design, LLC and that is Hennessey Performance Engineering I paid for car (Camaro Z28) from Hennessey on June , the deal was to make my car ready in months for that I have to pay $ exactly ($119.901.79) and I did pay by Bank wire transfer to make the story short I try to email him and call him with out any reply what so ever right now I am in talk with a lawyer to sue him and CANCLE the deal how to get my money back ? thank you [redacted]
The worst decision of my lifeI went for the 1000HP [redacted] upgradeMy car is serial **They kept my car for a whole year because they couldn't figure out how to by pass the torque sensor in transmissionAfter I got the car the car kept going in the limp mode (from torque sensor) they literally took my car back and "fixed" but it kept having the same issueThey even send their technician technician Patrick to California and he couldn't figure out why the car keeps stalling and going into a limp modeThey promised to get back to me regarding what the next steps are to fix the car and they literally never got back to me and keep ignoring meSo disappointedMeeting up with my attorney this week to discuss legal actionAs a business owner not everything is going to go right in business but ignoring the problem and ignoring the customer with a problem is not going to get things any betterVery disappointed in John [redacted] and his organization

On February 3rd, I purchased a supercharger kit for my *** *** *** from Hennessey PerformanceThe kit came with a year, 36,mile warrantyThe tune included with the kit was partially defective, as it would always trigger my check engine light to come on, due to having too much oxygen in the fuel systemBoth myself and my mechanic tried repeatedly to get Hennessey to fix the problemThey were largely non-responsiveOn February 1st, of I was able to get an email response from their CEO, who had this to say *** I am sorry you are having issues We stopped working on the Hemi a few years ago Sorry we are not able to give you any support You could try the guys at *** I repeatedly contacted him after that explaining that this was a product under their warranty, and that they needed to take care of itI received no response
Eventually, I was forced to have my mechanic get a tune from the aforementioned *** *** at a total cost of

Had a GMC Sierra Denali fitted with the HPEpackage The tuning and shifting were undriveable HPE redid the camshaft and tuning and it was better for months, then returned to the same undriveable condition When the truck was returned following the 2nd rebuild, the exhaust pipe to the cat fell off on the road! When brought to a shop for unrelated front end repairs, the shop informed me numerous nuts and bolts were missing from the front end bumpers, grill work, etc The shoddy craftsman ship is inexcusable for the price you pay
