In my book Mr [redacted] is truly a professional at his craft! Dependable and reliable in every aspect of the senseI was in need of a repairman for my outside unit due to it's making a spraying noise but no cool air being producedI first contacted my home owner warranty rep and they sent out a company from a near by city(the name is no longer relevant)Let's just say that their analysis of the problem was totally wrong and would have proven to be quite costlyI contacted Mr [redacted] for a second opinion and grateful to say, he came out, surveyed the problem and informed me that the issue was something totally differentHe saved me hundreds of dollars in the process! I don't know what the other company was trying to do, but from now on an honest and knowledgeable repairman from [redacted] AC service will be the ones I call!
