Williams and Sons Plumbing

On 1/an employee of xxxxx and Sons Plumbing inspected my gas water heater and determined it need replacing When I asked about the cost, he stated he would have to call MrxxxxxHe did contact him and came back with a quote of $for installing a new gas hot water heaterI said I would not pay that amount of moneyIn speaking with Mrxxxxx, the price came down to $1500.00.In a bind, I said ok get it doneAfter returning with the new hot water heater, it was installed Upon completion I gave the repairman a check for $made out to Williams and Sons PlumbingThat was not acceptable as Mrxxxxx wanted check made out to him directlyI wrote out a 2nd check
I then proceeded to check into the cost of the hot water heater as the invoice only listed the total price and no details on cost of item, installation, and service chargeThe average cost I found was around $I also check with xxxxx website and used their calculations as to cost for the installation
