I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The glove box was replaced at no charge to me & that would have satisfied my complaint, however I feel the response from the owner is unacceptable I openly shared that the glove box did have a hairline crack prior to arriving to their business What is absolutely not true is that there was anything more to the damage There was not "missing pieces" & that statement is a flat out lie Their own technician told *** he thought it was a pen line That's a far cry from chipped, missing piecesI would request for this complaint to remain public for others as a "consumer beware" This business & owner lacks honesty and integrity based on my experience Had the owner accepted responsibility for how this situation was handled I would have accepted the final outcome The additional time spent to have this situation "resolved" has been inconvenient
I have attached a picture of the damage along with what my "clean" car looked like when I picked it up from Willliam's Auto Body after it had been dropped off for detailing

This issue is something that should never happened. The customers car glove box was damaged before it even came here. The whole bottom edge was chipped off and missing pieces. Yes we...

chipped a piece off but, with the other issues she had with the same piece, I thought me selling her the piece for cost was a reasonable solution for both of us. I take pride in our customer satisfaction and this was the most unreasonable request I have dealt with because of the preexisting damage already on the panel. I took care of ordering and replacing the part for no charge before I received your first letter. I thought it was a done deal and was very surprised to receive the letter. She left here and as far as I know was satisfied with us and how it was handled. 
Please remove this from these records because it has been handled satisfactorily before I was even notified.
