Consumer purchased first vehicle from Williams and did trade it in for the second vehicle The trade was for full amount paid for the 1st vehicle minus balance due The confusion came from he not understanding there was a balance due from the first vehicle This balance was added
to the cost of the loan for the second vehicle He now understands the balance on the loan.Rodney Williams
