[redacted] RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID [redacted] All Students who attend [redacted] BARBER COLLEGE must sign a written contract upon admittance. Rules of behavior and attendance are read with each candidate at orientation to...

ensure each rule is understood. Rule #29 states: Saturdays are Mandatory. Each student will be charged $60.00 if he/she does not show up on Saturday. The full amount will be collected before the student clocks in on his/her day of return or the student will be sent home immediately. Rule #30 states: All students must complete 160 clock hours each month. Failure to achieve the regulated/required time will result in a penalty of $3.50 per hour for each hour owed. Rule #31 states: Absences and excuses —All calls are welcomed to inform us of your situation, i.e. sicknesses, emergencies or absences of any kind. However it is the student's responsibility to make up his or her time as it will go toward overages. When any student goes beyond the Date of Completion, he/she actually occupies a cutting station that should be available for a new student. The student filing this complaint signed a contract which indicated the Start Date and the Date of Completion. The Date of Completion for this student was January, 2016. Due to a lack of attendance, this student still has 363.94 hours left before attaining the 1500 hour requirement. Whereas we sympathize with his/her personal problems which are common to life, overages will continue to accrue until he/she either completes the course or is no longer enrolled. This student may want to become reacquainted with Rule #45 which states: Slander of any kind will not be tolerated. Slander toward this establishment or toward any member of staff could possibly result in immediate expulsion; but will most definitely result in immediate suspension; during which time there will be one (1) meeting held within 5-10 business days to determine if the individual will be allowed to continue his/her education here at [redacted] BARBER COLLEGE. Rule #30 applies. Please contact us with any questions you may have. Thank you.[redacted]
