Headliner wasn't attached, interior trim wasn't installed properly, paint drips in trunk, paint over spray inside the car, piece of trim left in cup holder, seat cover was rippedinterior and exterior of the car was filthy, swirl marks and polish still on the car, had to detail it when I got it homeWas not kept informed on status of the vehicleWill not be going back and will not recommend their shop

Worst body shop ever!!!!!!!! I am currently waiting for an insurance investigator from USAA to come look at the job they did on my JeepThey told me it would be a day job and it has went on for a monthIt was a simple repair where they ordered a new front and back bumperHowever they ordered the cheapest parts they could and charged high dollar for the junk! I now have two dents in my front bumper that I have had them attempt to "heat up and push out" several timesIt now looks worse than beforeThey also charged me for things that they never put on my vehicleHow they are a preferred shop with USAA blows my mindHopefully you read this and go with someone else and can avoid the horrible customer service especially with ***! They also say on their site that "the owner is retired military so it is very military friendly." That is a bunch of bull, we are a military family and were treated like garbage

I initially had a few problems with the work that was done on my car As soon as the owner *** *** was aware of my complaints, he stepped in quickly and professionally handled my situation No one is perfect and mistakes will be made, but it's how you go about solving the problem, and *** *** certainly made sure I was taken care of I would definitely do business here again
