from the Holidays. I personally received a copy of the Revdex.com complaint on 12/30. We needed the order number and name of the Home Depot person Mr. [redacted] spoke with. Mr. [redacted] called back on 1/5/2015 with the order number WXXXXXXXXX, an online Home Depot order, but no contact dept or name info. Mr. [redacted] did not state that the pilot was not installed backwards. All we know is that is not working and never has worked.
Possible power outages this weekend if we get some of the ice that is predicted for Kentucky.
I prepared for it by having a gas line installed and a brand new gas furnace that doesn't require electric to work. To bad the Williams Furnace has never worked. Pilot light will not stay lite.
