I hired Williams Design Coordinators (Leon W***) to draft up some floorplansWe signed a contract on Aug 21, for $down which I paid by check that dayAn additional $was due when completedTime for completion was on or before Sept 2, I had a problem with my bank (too many transfers)so he came and brought me a floor plan and I gave him another checkThe construction permitting plans for our ADU accessory dwelling unit, needed changesMy contractor called him and asked for a mechanical and asked him to bring it to our meeting, instead he sent the floor plan via email which was worse than the firstHe had me sign an addendum on Aug 30, extending his due date to Sept 4, 2018.The plan was due to the City Zoning board that day Sept If I did not get it in I would have to wait another month to apply for the permitHe did not deliver the plans.I called him he said he would have them by the 5th, My contractor called him he told him he would have them r
