He's been our contractor for years and has done the following kinds of work for us: renovations to include expanding bedroom living space by raising the ceiling to use attic space and exposed beams; outside decks and pergola; converted unused crawl space into spacious three room full bath living space; remodeled laundry room and small bathroom and replaced windows and doors in our home

Dan is the man! Dan did the framing and finishing work for our basement as well as some molding work (crown, chair rail, shadow boxes) in our living and dining rooms.

Dan was very thoughtful in the planning stage to ensure the finished product was the best possible (ie accounting for duct work, etc in framing the basement in a way that would give best visual appeal in finished product). He is also very meticulous in execution to ensure high quality output.

We actually had some work (through insurance) done by another carpenter which did not meet the standards of work expected - we ended up calling in Dan and paying out of pocket to fix the work the right way!

Dan is very easy to work with and is reasonable in pricing a job. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a quality craftsman.
