I hired Construction with Quality, Williams & Sons LLC to build a patio cover over my existing concrete patio. *** gave me a fair price, *** designed and supervised, *** and *** worked steady and we now have a beautiful sturdy cover that complements our yard. So glad I went with their recommendations. Look like it was built with the house. Start time, work time, end time and cleanup could not have been better. Will call them out to do another project I have in mind. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. Great job guys, Thanks.

My wife and I contracted with 'Construction with Quality' to build a block wall with a gate with an electric opener. Once the electric opener was installed, we noticed that it was not the $1000.00 'Mighty Mule' brand remote opener as agreed to in the contract, but rather a no-name Chinese unit that sells for $190.00. Worse part for us was that the Chinese unit had NO safety switches or features to protect and shut off should a child or pet get caught in the gate. American manufacturers are prohibited from making this kind of stuff because it's dangerous! When confronted with the problem, I was given a lot of excuses and no action so we filed a claim with the Az Registrar of Contractors who decided in our favor and the opener was just replaced this week with the correct opener, after over two months of waiting to use our new drive. As property managers, we hire a good amount contractors and this has been the worst experience we've had with a contractor in years.
