I was working whit kristofor c trying to do a extreamline refinancing he promised me that was a simple process and advice me not make the next month payment because we going to close escrow before the of September and he never call me or reach out to me to tell me that we have any problemsI always call him and ask about the status he always said that everything was fine and the by Friday we going to sign loan docs on Friday September I get a letter from freedom mortgage saying that are loan was declinedNow I wave late payment.intry to call kristofor on his cellphone and never answer, I call the office and same All I ask for is why they can just be honest and tell you the true good or bad
