Williams and fudge Collection company tried to call me ONE time didn't leave a message and goes and calls my work, asking for my work schedule ! They know it's a hospital , we are not allowed to take calls, also not allowed to share employees work schedule Very unprofessional to call my work instead to trying to call me a second time or leaving a messagexxxxx, the collector I talked to said they aren't allowed to leave messages but I guess allows to harass us at our work!!

An employee called me from Williams & Fudge requesting payment in "good faith" to prove to debtor that I was interested in paying off debt. Person did not identify what debtor was owed nor did she know exact amount owed. When payment information given to collector money has not showed up on any of my so called debtors payment logs and it's been 3 weeks. I have still been unable to find out which debt is in default. I have not received any default noticies from any of my debtors so am out 252 dollars and some odd cents for a debt that may not even be mine. The collector has tried to get money from me and my daughter but we are not giving up any more money or information until they can prove who they are collecting debt for and account information.

WILLIAMS-FUDGE,CALLED MY HOME LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO NEVER LIVED HERE..KNOW THE PERSON WHO THEY WISH TO SPEAK TO BUT DONT HAVE A NUMBER FOR THEM...COMPANY SEEKING INFO BUT REFUSE TO GIVE YOU INFO CONC.WHY...COMPANY ANNOYING..HAVE A WATCHFUL EYE ON THIS AGENCY TRYING TO COLLECT MONEY...

I do not have an opinion on this company, however, I am curious as to how they received any info on me. I never borrowed any money from the Univ of xxxxx. My classes were not interrupted. I never received a phone call stating that I was behind on any payments, yet nearly a year later, William and Fudge contacts me about an outstanding debt requesting an amount of currency that exceeds the cost of the classes I took; which I assumed were paid for being that I used the xxxxx.

I had been in contact with this company through email, however I was told by their representative, that in order for us to remain in contact that I would have to call them. I refused because, they are the ones who called me, and I'm not certain if this company tries to include phone services as some particular added cost.

They could have kept an open form of communication, especially until this issue or mistake was resolved, but when I was told that I had to contact them by phone, so that it would be more of a convenience to William & Fudge, they lost my respect, my time and any interest I had in their services.

I do hope that they receive the money that they seek. But I can guarantee you, that it won't be from me.

They call my phone asking for someone that I don't know. Wanting me to give them info. about a person that I do know. They were VERY Negative and Aggravate. I would like to file a Complaint. No I am not a customer.

For the past few days, a rude representative has been calling me. When I asked her what company or collection she was calling me about, she refused to answer (which is illegal for a collections service in CA). After conducting my own research I realize that xxxxx sent my (under $300 bill) to them for collections (after I made payments every month). Regardless, they way that this company is behaving calling & threatening me using my date of birth & social is ridiculous.

I plan to write a formal complaint because I cannot have a respectable conversation with someone who is behaving indecently and in a threatening manner.

Maybe the bill would get paid if your reps could behave in a professional way.
