Response the Revdex.com Complaint Letter Complaint ID: [redacted] I have reviewed the complaint and have found the following: The Guest states they were overcharged for a night stay and they stayed a total of nights The issue of us giving away her reservation is inaccurate The Guest arrived on July 21st, however her reservation indicated arrival on July 22nd as did all of her paperwork she had with her We were completely sold out on July 21st and the only alternative was to have her seek accommodations outside the park or to be set up in the Guest Lounge at no cost She was never charged for that nightI also want to address her complaint of her Room not being ready until Noon on the 22nd Check out for our guests is at 11:00am and check in time is 5PM, plus as noted above we were completely sold out That means that we were able to clean the room and check in the guest in just hour I do not have any information that any manager stated she would be “comp’d” nights and this would have come through my office There are however notes that state her issue and our attempt to rectify the situation in our filesAlthough I am certain that we did not overcharged the Guest, we will be happy to provide her with the requested refund of $to her Credit Card on file We pride ourselves in providing the best Guest Services we can I know that we can always do better, but I believe we did provide the best service possible considering the circumstancesThank you, [redacted] Curry Village General Manager

2.       The issue of us giving away her reservation is inaccurate.  The Guest arrived on July 21st, however her reservation indicated arrival on July 22nd as did all of her paperwork she had with her.  We were completely sold out on July 21st and the only alternative was to have her seek accommodations outside the park or to be set up in the Guest Lounge at no cost.   She was never charged for that night. I also want to address her complaint of her Room not being ready until Noon on the 22nd.  Check out for our guests is at 11:00am and check in time is 5PM, plus as noted above we were completely sold out.  That means that we were able to clean the room and check in the guest in just 1 hour.  I do not have any information that any manager stated she would be “comp’d” 2 nights and this would have come through my office.  There are however notes that state her issue and our attempt to rectify the situation in our files.
