Business has failed to make contact with me after three months of repeated requests to repair a faulty irrigation system they installed In October 2017, I hired Aquarius Landscaping to create a backyard landscape, including plants, trees, irrigation, and paversThe job was completed on time and the quality of work was mediocreThe site manager (Johnny), installed a tree that I did not approve of, stating the bottle tree I requested was not available, so instead installed a different tree without confirming with me first After approximately weeks, the irrigation system began making a very loud noise and I noticed there were significant constant wet areas of the yardFor the following three months I have left numerous messages, spoken with the front office and even spoke with the site manager JohnnyThe front office receptionist had taken my information several times stating she would contact Johnny and have him call to schedule an appointment, which never happenedEventuall

Signed a contract in 4/18, Do Not Return Calls, Did Not Send Any Workers, Showed Up to our house wanting the contract change to higher price This is an advertising, contract, and delivery issue My husband and I signed a contract with William [redacted] of Aquarius Landscaping on 4/18/for a patio cover and landscaping project with a total contract price of $He didn't honor the ad/flyer we got in the mail because "it's a different package." NO work ever done requests refund in full William was given a $deposit on 06/ I was told then by the end of the month he would start on my landscaping Beginning in July I would call, text, email him and got nothing but excuse after excuse I finally got him to come to my home for a meeting with my wife and I on 08/after waiting all day for him to try and get him to commit to a start date Again excuses He even told us that he would have a hard time matching the color of the pavers When we asked to try and schedule with his foreman he didn't know the phone number William was rude and spoke with foul language He confirmed the many complaints he has on [redacted] and social media alike I feel he has taken advantage of me and doesn't want to do anything to try to resolve this issue Please help I just want my money back for the deposit I gave him Willian hasn't done nothing and refuses to do anything this

Johnny told me to place a deposit and they could schedule meI called William *** and gave him credit card, deposit of $this was Feb

William did not start on March 1st
William returned my calls on March 17th and told me he had two other jobs booked and could not do my jobI asked for a refund and was told it can be weeks before I get my deposit back

A contract was signed with this company and an estimate was provided for the work to be completed on the same day the contract was signedThey stated they would refund the $deposit if we did not want the work completedThis was discussed with the owner of the businessI stated that I would like to have the work done and scheduled three separate visits as they no showed each appointment that was scheduledEvery time I contacted them about the appointment they would state that it was scheduled for a different date and time altogetherAfter all the no show appointments I requested a refund of my $depositI have waited longer than a month for the work to be provided and even longer for my refund to be processedMy daughter contacted them on my behalf and was informed that they would refund the money to me by August 1st, I still have not received the refundI have already contacted another landsc

Backyard landscape job never completed after payment was paidThe owner, Will promised the job will be completed but now has passed yearWORST EVER
The owner William promised the work will be completed by the following week of being paid in full but has not followed through with commitmentAfter a phone call and several text messages later and being promised every time that the work will be done the time has now passed full year
When of my trees died after months I called and the owner promised me that he would come out and replace them since there is yr warranty on plants and trees and again he didn't follow through with that either
William the owner also tried to raise the price after the work was completed as well saying that more materials were usedWHO's FAULT IS THAT?
