Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I hate when peaople lieFrom previous message I would like to make it clear that I never say thanks for your service I was pretty mad and disappointed when called you and stop your serviceI haven't take my pool anywhere else , I shock it by myself and all that green water dissapear and I vacuumed the water after , than apply some more chemicals like sofa ash and hardness plus and if you come now you will see my pool nice and clear , and I am first time dealing with oool could fix it in weeks Also you say you recommend hrs of pump running ? I was running it hrs every day And it can be proved easy by electronic bill as well as I have tons of witness who came and seen it as well as dirty " mud like" pull on my backyardAnd everyone asked why don't I hire some professional to deal with it and they was surprised that I actually do have professional who came to service me If you are not competent to deal with older pools you should let me know after you seen it Why trying to fool me and drain money for nothing The only solution for me you wave your bills besides openening the poolIf you will keep bill me for doing nothing to my pool I will go ahead and proceed this case in court Sincerely, [redacted] ***

To explain further in detail the phosphate testing we can conduct is very limited, as explained to the consumer and any other consumer with these severe problems in this case, she may have required additional treatments to clear up this process, with the weather lately this is more than likely to dilute our chemical impact, and unfortunately we were unable to proceed with our treatments due to a cancellation of our service agreement with [redacted] Back round on phosphates from a professional level:Phosphates lead to algae blooms and other factors which can deteriorate water quality, and enhance and feed algae, phosphates are an organic compound found in many outside sources, and unfortunately traditional methods of chlorine shock (as noted in her rejection) do not work in her caseThe consumer was made aware of this however has rejected our continued treatment and removal process.We also recommend a pool this size to run at least - hours per day per the size and the age of the pool to keep it clear, unfortunately we noticed during our phosphate treatment the pump was being shut off and not running for a duration of time in generalHOWEVER during phosphate treatment it should run hours per day to prevent stagnant water and phosphate reallocation from taking placeThis was also noted by our technician that the pool was NOT running enough for this treatment to workResponsibility is not on us in this case.Worms in her pool, unfortunately we do not control nature, and we have received a considerable amount of rain as well which does hamper our efforts to make this pool clearer.Our resolution: Again, we would like to still continue to offer to resume service for [redacted] continue our treatment process of her pool to clear it up as she is a valued customer of ours, we can make it a priority to continue to work on her pool and clear it to show her the proper respect she deserves.Thank you once again

I am rejecting this response because: when they put their phosphate treatment water was milky blue and they supposed to come back in couple days as they say, but they didn't , and water get green , when I seen a nasty warms on the bottom it was end of my patience and believe in their service so I stop itIt's not about phosphates only , how tell me worms will live in water if it been balanced and sanitized properly ?
I attached the copy of water test and thaysbafter I put lb of chlorine to shock that's green water and vacuumed my oool by myself , next day I run test and here wahtvi see If lb of chlorine dissapear next day imagine how much aglae was there thayvit simply eat the chlorine

I am rejecting this response because: I will respect Revdex.com request not to mention name as to all that the owner has submitted I will address:First: I once again state I was quoted and verified twice that the price was $total I would think less as my dog did not stay over nightSecond: I paid thinking that I did not want to deal with the receptionist negative attitude as I did in the morning and would speak to the owner about everything that took place he was never around to hear the alleged verbal abuse by me and or seen the negative attitude on the receptionist also he did not call to find out my side of what happen as I called several time and then he should have made his decision .Third : I have taken all three of my dogs to Leeward and never disputed the price or as alleged by the doctor plotted to get money back and I spent way more then $252.36Forth: What they presents as Exhibit A and B are altered , scratch out billing after the fact and never presented to me.Fifth: My wife was not told three time that the dog would have to stay over night just the day before the appointment a person called the day before and was told the males did not have to stay overnight she then put on hold and when this lady returned on line said oh I checked and they have to. Six: The reason I kept my appointment was when I found out this information about overnight stay I tried calling back and no one answered so as not to be a burden of income on Leeward Pet by taking a spot then canceling I thought I would discuss my concerns that morningThe receptionist created the problem and was Loud, Crude and Verbally Abusive (but the doctor would not know this as he was never around or involved and chose not to call me back) I felt I would rationally speak to owner on monday about what accrued but he never call me back it was more then just the bill .Seventh: I was never told this story about pet attacking the owner on anesthesia as a reason for the overnight stay I have had a male and female fixed else were and was able to take them home in the afternoon as mention the reason for the overnight stay was so they can watch the pet but for a minimum of ten hours the pet would be caged and no one would be around if it was in distress no one would know as everyone would be home that is why I signed accepting responsibility to take my pet, my statement as to not having a recourse to the procedure was if anything went w***g a few day later as the owner would not return my calls and banded me from service on one side of the story.I believe that the Doctor is one-sided and should have just called his paying customer back instead he hide behind a decision of poor customer service at the opinion of the one who created this whole problem however I am a fair and rational man and will accept a refund of $I will pay for the procedure, heart worm and canine fecal alleged testing. I was never the problem and all it would have taken was a call back to a paying customerhe owner/doctor no nothing to what went on as he was not involved or found it necessary to find out my side of the story my wife was with me the whole time and could have vouched that the problem stemmed from poor service by his employee.

These allegations need to stop, also included are the outstanding bills that are due (and past due) immediately, please remit payment for our services rendered.At this point we believe this is some sort of extortion and refusal to pay for services rendered, we will not accept and refuse to listen to any threats for legal action against us, especially when *** *** was informed about what was going on with her pool and what needed to be doneWe refuse to have slander or abusive behavior from anyone, this is unacceptable.Please ask her to please pay her debts, and at her request we will sever all ties with *** *** once her debts are paidIf this complaint, continues we have no choice but to pursue debt and fraud collection services and of course that may come with potential legal and criminal action against *** ***At this point we refuse to accept any further correspondence from *** *** and we consider this complaint invalid and only an attempt to avoid paying her bills.Please withdraw this complaint and we would like to note no further correspondence is needed past this response

We had the privilege of servicing this pool for this valued customer, we do want to note this is an older pool and is a bit more difficult than others to clean and maintain however we charged our standard rates for service because we enjoyed having her as a customer.Prior to the alleged
problem, the pool initially cleared up very well and was doing fine, however the pool was doing fine until some sort of contamination occurred with Phosphates from an unknown outside source, (more than likely a yard fertilizer) we notified the homeowner of this severe condition and that it would take sometime to clear up, we did note she found this very disturbing this would happen to her poolSo we followed with a proper course of actions, one we brought our technicians at our store a water sample to be tested at our store, after we confirmed our onsite initial analysis. Then we attempted to clear the pool with some advanced phosphate removing methods and the proper specialty chemicalsHowever prior to completing the next steps of cleanup of her severe phosphate conditions the customer cancelled her service, and to quote said she was taking her business elsewhere, and thank you for your timeWe did as requested by the customer and cancelled her regular maintenance with out being able to finish our phosphate cleanup process of her pool.If the customer would like us to resume maintenance on her pool so we can continue service, and finish cleaning up the severe phosphate conditions, we have no problem with doing soThank you very much

Also you say you recommend 12 hrs of pump running ? I was running it 24 hrs every day . And it can be proved easy by electronic bill as well as I have tons of witness who came and seen it as well as dirty " mud like" pull on my backyard. HOWEVER during phosphate treatment it should run 24 hours per day to prevent stagnant water and phosphate reallocation from taking place. This was also noted by our technician that the pool was NOT running enough for this treatment to work.
