Williams Kitchen and Bath

Told them from the beginning that I wanted all wood cabinets Was given a price and a while later was told about a 'special' price that was much less than the original quote I stupidly did not question it and went ahead and ordered my cabinets Although they look very nice, they are most definitely not all wood but mostly cheap mdf that will not hold up When I called to complain at the very least I expected an apology for the 'misunderstanding' What I got was a quite nasty explanation that "everything was delivered exactly as stated in the contract" I think it is a bait and switch tactic and would advise to never use Williams to purchase cabinets
