We have went to the customers home and reviewed the job and working together to get this taken care of, the people that were involved have been terminatedThis is very unfortunate that this happened and got to this point but we will be are working with the customer to get this resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this proposed action would not resolvey complaint. I did not purchase the product from the manufacturerI purchased the product from Mist Cooling IncI feel that they are simply attempting to put the problem off on a party who manufactured the product, but one that did not sell the product to me and misrepresent what the product would do for meMist Cooling Incclaimed that this product would lower the cost of my electric billHow was I to discover if it would or not without using it for thirty days to get my next bill? They are hiding behind a return policy to justify selling a product that does not do what they advertise.

Mist Cooling Inc denied return as this transaction fell outside of the return and/or exchange period. Product sold was not defective and operated as described on our website. Any additional claims regarding design and performance should be made to the original manufacturer of this...

We did reach out to the customer on 10/24/2016 and apologized for not getting the refund request taken care of. The refund was something that was approved my management and just didn't get taken care of. The customer understood, things happen and sometimes there is human error. We thanked the...
customer for getting back in touch with us. A refund went out in the mail that day and the customer assured me he would be removing his comment from the Revdex.com.
