We did reach out to the customer on 10/24/and apologized for not getting the refund request taken care ofThe refund was something that was approved my management and just didn't get taken care ofThe customer understood, things happen and sometimes there is human errorWe thanked the customer for getting back in touch with us A refund went out in the mail that day and the customer assured me he would be removing his comment from the Revdex.com
