I'm Mr. [redacted] first name [redacted]. I'm filling a complaint on [redacted] Maintinance. I took my car to them in April 2014 my care have not been fixed yet. I paid for the parts which was a RER clutch plate because my clutch went out on my [redacted] year 2006. Since then I've had him Mr. [redacted] also came to my house to put Breaks on my [redacted] truck and he did not do a good job my truck is now making noise that it havn't did before so I calls him about truck & coop and no answers find out he Mr. [redacted] is in Jail. I have paid him for breaks on truck & half for my [redacted] which we both signed at the amount of $325.97 cash nothing done. Mr. [redacted] girlfriend also signed for payment. My address is [redacted] The maintinance address is [redacted] both in Sacramento Ca. my area code 95820 his is 95660.

So in Aug 2014 I went to go see what was going on with my car my brother and I. Business not Open come to find out Mr. [redacted] is in business with is brother at his brother's shop. Called Oct 11, 2014 talk to girlfriend of Mrs. [redacted] and they have took my car apart to where my car can't be told home and now she's trying to get some else to work on putting car back together to get it to meDesired Settlement: I did not want no one else working on car And I don't want car piece with biny car back it's been over 6 mos. For Clutch to be fixed it should have done long time ago. Now the girlfriend of Mr. [redacted] want to bring car back in parts. [redacted]
