I am rejecting this response because:I am no longer just seeking to have my father's headstone completedYes, it was done and yes it's deliveredWhen I filed this report I stated at this point I feel a partial refund is requiredAccording to my research, I believe I have solid evidence for a breach of contract and emotional distress civil suit. Not only did he deliver approximately months after promised, and not only do I have proof that he continually mislead me on the status of the project, I now have to wait until after the holidays for my dad's headstone to be placedThat is a DIRECT result of ***'s actionsThe emotional stress he put me through just to get it done, and now the pain from having to visit an unmarked grave for Thanksgiving and Christmas are intolerable.I'm not looking for an apologyI'm looking to make sure you learn that these are people's family membersPeople that matterMy father was just as important to me as your father-in-law was to you! I won't accept anything less a partial refundAnd if I have to file a suit to get it, I'm prepared to do so.

When I filed this report I stated at this point I feel a partial refund is required. According to my research, I believe I have solid evidence for a breach of contract and emotional distress civil suit. Not only did he deliver approximately 4 months after promised, and not only do I have proof that he continually mislead me on the status of the project, I now have to wait until after the holidays for my dad's headstone to be placed. That is a DIRECT result of [redacted]'s actions.
