Hello my name is *** *** and I am owner of *** Outdoors.This buyer said he purchased a bow year ago and now it has a problem and he wants a full refund Common sense dictates that there is no way to get a full refund after he has been shooting the bow for a year If that's
how refunds work I would like to take my truck back that I bought last year for a full refund We are a Authorized Bear bow dealer so if he will just send it to us we can fix it.If it is some type of manufacturer defect we can fix it for free as they have a year warranty on their bows If it's something he has done to the bow we will still fix it and only charge parts & labor I understand his frustration if something happened to his compound bow but it is ridiculous to think that we can give a FULL price refund on a year old used bow.We also called Paypal as that is the only way we accept payments, we called them because we could not find a transaction under this gentleman's name Paypal could not find a transaction either for that amount from this gentleman but that part really does not matter to us because Bears warranty is good on any of their bows.I just wish the gentleman would send it to us so we could fix it if there is a problem especially if there is truly a manufacturer defect.I have enclosed a paper about us and our ratings in the U.S.This is a report about our other 38,customers and their feedback rating just to show we are in the top 1% in the United States in Customer satisfaction We take care of ALL of our customers
