The owners of this company seemed very communicative and organized We had a good bit of discussion prior to my contracting them to paint my beach rental They moved in, lied about it, kept coming up with excuses for why they weren't sending pics of the work, and then complained when I had other contractors work during the same period They sent me an email stating that it would require the remainder of the contract (downpayment of 1/was made ahead of time) plus an additional $to complete the job otherwise the contract was null and voidThey would not accept my calls or emails after this so I had the sheriff called and they were escorted off the property They then put a lien on my house which I contested Now they're trying to sue me They are scammers Buyer beware!!!
