Excellent service, quality work, very professional techinicians and administrative staffThey went above and beyond my expectations and answered all of my questionsThey are my number choice for all of my home heating and air concernsWe have used them to install new units in two different homes and would recommend them to anyone

In review of your situation, it appears all fuse concerns were resolved on 7/5/We are sorry for the challenges we incurred in our review processIt does look like we replaced a fuse twiceAfter our first replacement, the AC system was working upon the completion of the call, which appeared to resolve the issueThe second time we replaced additional fuses, and again the AC system was working when the technician completed the callOn our third visit, we were able to find where a wire was shorting out and causing the fuse issuesWe certainly understand this created an inconvenient situation for your tenantsRest assured we always want to fix issues the first time, and apologize this was not done in this caseThe system does remain on warranty which covers all repairs except the diagnostic feeDue to the inconveniences, we have cut this fee in halfIf there is anything else we can do, please let us know

I followed up with Berico several times following the mailing of the estimate because I had not received it. Why would they not call and explain the error and resend the estimate? In addition I never received a follow up call from Berico as they stated they would make in their answer to our complaint. Hard to believe this is not typical when they don't even follow up after answering a complaint to the Revdex.com. We need to be no furhter resolution. After a month of waiting on Berico, I contacted [redacted] who came out the same day, provided a quote and was back within 3 days to install. That's customer service.

are sorry for the challenges we incurred in our review process. It does look like we replaced a fuse twice. After our first replacement, the AC system was working upon the completion of the call, which appeared to resolve the issue. The second time we replaced additional fuses, and again the AC system was working when the technician completed the call. On our third visit, we were able to find where a wire was shorting out and causing the fuse issues. We certainly understand this created an inconvenient situation for your tenants. Rest assured we always want to fix issues the first time, and apologize this was not done in this case. The system does remain on warranty which covers all repairs except the diagnostic fee. Due to the inconveniences, we have cut this fee in half. If there is anything else we can do, please let us know.

Long time customers for service and routine maintenance, always excellent customer service. When it came time to replace both our upper and lower HVAC systems this month, Mitchell stepped up and provided all available information, direct customer feedback on suggested units and very competitive pricing.

Quality installation, professionally done and job site left in condition it was found. Good follow up afterwards. Highly recommend Mitchell Heating and AC.

The whole experience could not have been better. After three days of no heat, I called Mitchell H & A who quickly had someone here to check out the problem. The office soon came back with quotes and after hearing the recommended equipment options for top a rated system including a long term warranty on parts and service my mind was made up. Then the price quote...substantially lower than the competition! and installation could be scheduled for the next day! The technicians were knowledgeable, polite, neat and efficient. They had us warm again within 36 hours of my first call! VERY IMPRESSIVE. My strong recommendations for anyone needing heating and/or AC service.

Excellent service, quality work, very professional techinicians and administrative staff. They went above and beyond my expectations and answered all of my questions. They are my number 1 choice for all of my home heating and air concerns. We have used them to install new units in two different homes and would recommend them to anyone.

Love, Love, Love this company, from the beginning I felt like they were old friends!! We recently had a new gas pack installed in our home and from the office staff, to sales, to the crew that installed it was an easy as pie experience. Mike and Timmy were very polite, always on time and made sure that our property was left just as they found it. They were able to answer any questions we had and resolve any concerns. I will always recommend Mitchel Heating and Air to all of our friends and family as well as calling them back myself when we need to replace our second unit.
