Review: Williams Plumbing was contracted to install a water-heater and a metal shed.The city code came for the inspection of the installation did not pass because the violation of the City Code.These correctionsMust be corrected as soon as possible.I paid for all the materials and labor July 3 2015 and Mr.DarrenWilliams the contractor refuses to fix and take care of this violations.Desired Settlement: If he keeps refusing,then some monies for the cost of bringing another contractor to finish the job.

On 11/28 we called Williams for a plumbing problem. We were told no one was available on friday and scheduled an appt on saturday morning at 10:30. At 10:45 we called and was told the technician was running late and could be there at 2pm. At 2:pm we called and were told he had to take a call in Pacific Beach and couldn't make it to our property. We asked why we weren't called. The lady said "well I wouldn't mind if you called another company". We were completely shocked because this was a company the we had used numerous times before. As far as we are concerned, this company is far from being professional and cares less about any of their customers.
