I am rejecting this response because: Williams service company is completly fabricating the story about wanting to schedule another visit to my property, as well as my request for a new compressor.This equipment continues to operate perfectly This fact and these claims demonstrate the fraudulent nature of Williams service company in this matterAny requested mechanical evidence can be confirmed by other HVAC technicians if necessary.

We are writing this response within the day period as requested and to further clarify our position in this dispute with the complainant.Williams Service Company makes every effort to do every job with 100% accuracyThis compressor had "open windings." Williams Service Company did everything in
the accepted protocol of the HVAC industry to make this complainant happyWilliams Service Company offered to come back after the compressor "cooled off' and to see of the "open windings' which is a thermal safety inside the compressor, closed again but the complainant told us to get a new compressor as he thought he was getting it under warranty due to him registering the equipment that was already out of warranty.As you can see by the letter of the complainant, he was waiting until the afternoon of July 27th to have his sisters "friend' check out the equipmentTherefore, as he states, his being without air conditioning days was a matter of his choosingPlus, contacting "roughly' other companies and scheduling them to come out involves quite a bit of time as wellHad we been allowed to come back to check the equipment as we requested, this whole scenario could have been avoided.As for contacting his employer, his employer and Robert * D*** of Williams Service Cohave been best friends for many years and they live next door to each otherThey communicate on a frequent basis and it is not that Robert D*** went out of our way to locate and contact the complainant's employer in this matter.Williams Service Cois a provider of HVAC servicesWhen we received this call on a Saturday evening, and we were requested by the customer to send out a technician, we have costs involvedGenerating a phone call to a service company results in charges for travel time for our technician, vehicle maintenance, insurance costs with our truck on the road, and internal billing and processing.Williams Service Company agrees to no further contact to the complainantFurther contact will not be by Williams Service Company but by the District Court Judge for payment in full unless the slander is removed from *** and any other reviews posted by complainantWilliams Service Company will dismiss all monies owed to us after this slander is removedShould the slander reappear on any sites or in any format, the invoice and full amount with be reinstated.Dean M Residential Manager
