In October, This "company", *** Williams to be exact, installed what was to have been a long lasting furnace in the home I had recently bought From the very beginning there were "red flags" that I failed to see at the time (being recently divorced and on my own after 30years) *** came alone to do the installation, I was laid up due to illness, the job was sloppy and careless! Paperwork was not submitted to the town for months! and When the installation was inspected in December!, it was not to code (was not vented correctly) a month later *** came back and messed it up more..due to the faulty installation, I have just had to have ANOTHER FURNCE INSTALLED!! Less than years!!!
