On ll/7/I received an estimate of $from Bill Meade to cut whole in a concrete bomb shelter in basementThe estimate stated that he would plastic off work area to protect from dust and he clean all job related debrisHe was starting the job the next day and said he would be over at 9:00am, he didn't show up until ll:30am and then left at 1:15pm & said he would be right backHe left all lights on in the basementWhen he did not return by 8:00pm I went down into that filthy mess to turn lights offHe called me at 10:00pm apologizing & said he would be back on on Thursday 11/10/by 5:00pm to finish jobHe called me at 6:00pm on 11/10/and asked me if I could go to Home Depot to rent a circular saw, he said he didn't have a credit card to put the deposit onSo dummy me goes and gets the saw and he said he would meet me at my houseFor the past days he kept asking me for money, $deposit, $cash for saw blades, then another $cash for more
