I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Grooming by Amber was charged under umbrella "Williamsburg Animal Hospital", the examination, vaccines, grooming, all under one name on my credit card, I did not pay the groomer separately.  Williamsburg Animal hospital is responsible for the actions of the groomer.  I paid for a vet exam due to the fact that my cat is old, and a vet would be on site to take care of any needs.  when I called the first time to schedule an appointment with this groomer at her other job (where I used to take the cat) I was advised on Tuesdays she worked with a vet to groom animals who might be in need of emergent care.  I consider Williamsburg Animal Hospital to be responsible.  I was advised the groomer requested a second appointment, to bring cat in at ten, she would do him first so he would not be upset by noise, being confined, etc.  The groomer did not even attempt to take the cat out of the carrier, did not attempt to groom him, instead she berated me in the lobby and advised me she would "Never touch that cat again".  I took time off work, which I had to make up, to drive to an appointment that was refused upon my arrival.
