Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There will never be resolve to this issue because the owner of this business, [redacted] , will not take any responsibility for his behavior I find it quite amusing that he has a paragraph quoting our phone conversation making himself look like he was rational and maintained his composure I wasn't able to get a word in except for asking to hear the audio recording (Which, I'm assuming doesn't exist?) Of course you are going to say all your receptionists heard whatever is convienient for your story You were terribly unprofessional over the phoneYou were yelling at me, a person you have never met The handful of times I've been to this business I have ALWAYS been friendly and nice and always respectfulYou would think a customer with a reputation of always being friendly and kind would atleast get the respect to explain the situation I'm sorry you feel your receptionist was the victim in all of this, but all I ever said to her was "you are not being very nice about this." That was my response to her after she kept telling me I should have known better about the pricing in a very snotty tone She is actually the one I booked the dogs appt with and clarified with her that the nails were included with the groom Mr [redacted] will never admit the way he behaved, but he has to know what he did was wrong Im also sorry you claim you don't have my mother in your database She brought her cat and dog to your business to board for an entire week I don't know anyone else who left you a bad review and I don't blame anyone for not responding to your Facebook response Mr [redacted] and Mr [redacted] seem to be two peas in a pod with the way they both operate I'm sure the other reviewers are scared to respond or your customer/friend might start calling and harrassing them at work Mr [redacted] , did not call to let my husband know he would not be doing business with his company anymore He called to harass him and threaten to get him fired He left messages on my husband's work phone telling him that he noticed we blocked him on Facebook and not to worry because he was signing into other accounts to keep watching him How creepy! There are lots of other negative reviews of your business, perhaps your customer service was the result of a few of them? I don't want anyone else to EVER be treated the way Mr [redacted] treated me [redacted]

This place used to be great. Now the staff is rude and the place smells like urine and feces. The place has gone horribly downhill in the past few years. Not sure what happened.
