So I hired this company to place a 16x16 patio for a small pool. Mark Williams came out and took a look at the site. Told me he would do a professional job. Had some references of past work and I accepted his quote. Gave a 50% deposit. Well that was about the best I saw out of Mr Williams. He tells me its going to be a 1 day job. Started calling and trying to cut corners immediately. (Tried telling me that my ground did not need Aggregate and that Expansion Joints were not important which both of those are a complete lie) Ended up taking him a week to arrive. Then he only forms the plot and leaves for another week. Finally comes to pour and the man is literally getting drunk while pouring my concrete. (I have proof). I found this out afterward when he placed his alcohol trash in my garbage can. There is so much concrete in my yard that its thicker than the patio itself. The top is wavy with lots of low spots. The egde is wavy from him not being coordinated enough to balance his weight. Theres pit holes in the walls and it is not square. Some of the patio is slanted from top to bottom. \ One corner is an inch lower than the rest and you can feel a slope. He also didnt gve me expansion joints at time of pour so he casually takes his saw and gives me a three-quarter inch score where the Expansion Joints are supposed to be and the lines are not even straight.

So 7 days after he pours he finally comes out to remove the forms and there is a ton of cutting to do. He cuts about half of it off. Leaves just enough to create sharp edges for my 4 children to run around and play near it unsafely. I complained about the issues to him and he has yet to contact me or fix it.

I have started fixing it on my own because of his incompetence.

On 9/9/2019, WilliamsMarkDesign was paid $2125 as a deposit for brick repairs to a property I own. Work was to start immediately, but as of today, no work has ever been done at all. I have left numerous text messages and all are ignored.
